From the minute I met Rick Holland when I came in the door, to the trade-in details, to the finance desk with Sean, to the minute I drove off the lot this experience was AMAZING! Everyone was courteous, helpful, and very low key. NO high pressure sales pitches, no never ending negotiations. Just everyone working together WITH me to get him his new car! In fact, the experience was so great I went back two days later and bought another GTI for myself! More

Worst Experience Ever, Don't go to Keffer! Worst customer service ever. Salesman Rick Holland was eager to make a sale, but as soon as I bought my vehicle, he completely forgot who I was. I wa Worst customer service ever. Salesman Rick Holland was eager to make a sale, but as soon as I bought my vehicle, he completely forgot who I was. I was given only one of the two keys I was guaranteed -- it took multiple weeks to receive my second key (which was mailed to the wrong address even after I called and informed three separate departments of the correct address). It has been 3 months since I purchased the vehicle, and my license tags have still not been delivered. Each time I call and talk to a department (Rick Holland on several occassions, Chad Owen the manager, Cheryl Goode, Sean Bristol in finance, and the tag and title department) I'm given no answers, no call-backs, and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No license plate has been delivered, they are non-responsive, and I would not recommend them to anyone who desires any modicum of customer service. More

Great Service with a Responsive Team! Service was amazing. My family and I went in looking for a car for myself and in a matter of a couple of hours we walking out with a basically new Jet Service was amazing. My family and I went in looking for a car for myself and in a matter of a couple of hours we walking out with a basically new Jetta, in comparison to other dealers where you would spend the whole day. Rick Holland, was our sales rep who got us in and out with no hassle. He had great patience and satisfied our needs and desires in whatever we needed in a vehicle. Even Michael, from the finance department made it an easy process for us without having us dread hours there. Will definitely work with this team again! More
