This has been by far the worst management staff i have ever dealt with at a auto dealership. I purchased a vehicle in Jan and the post sales interactions have been nothing more than extremely frustrating ever dealt with at a auto dealership. I purchased a vehicle in Jan and the post sales interactions have been nothing more than extremely frustrating. I have placed several call into the dealerships, txt messaged my sales rep, each month and have yet to have a manager call me back or acknowledge the issues with my purchase. I have went as far as to reach out to the leadership on Linked in to get a response which did work for a manager that is no longer there. Beware, Beware, Beware, the Passat is working fine however the missing items and $$$ issues post sales would make me think twice before ever purchasing anything from any Keffer Dealership... More

We have been loyal to the VW family of products since 2006 and saw no reason not to continue with the brand. Keffer is the closest dealership to our home. Since we were replacing 3 vehicles I expected the process to be fraught with angst. To my amazement...........no. It was a fantastic experience. The personnel were friendly and considerate of our time. The fuel economy was unbelievable with the diesel cars. Although the gas vehicles can't compete with the economy and longevity of a diesel car, we feel confident that the new product will perform a close second. More

When we walked into the dealership we were given excellent service and hospitality and my husband was very pleased with the financing terms as well as the warranty and gap insurance package. John was great about emailing me with a link to learn more about the features of my new car and he also made sure to find the CD's we accidentally left in the car we traded in. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They even put a bow on the car and took pictures of me with the car to remember this special birthday. More
