Excellent service advisor Rick Johnson, all work completed on time, always have a free loaner to use while car is in the shop if I need it, and the showroom is in an excellent location. On my last completed on time, always have a free loaner to use while car is in the shop if I need it, and the showroom is in an excellent location. On my last service they did an excellent service on my 2014 ES350 for a battery replacement. Great service and quality workmanship. More

I just took my sedan in for a road trip checkup. Luckily they found my battery was on its last legs and replaced it free of charge under my extended warranty. Outstanding customer service! Have tried other Lexus dealers in the Valley, and none of them compare to Earnhardt when it comes to customer service. They offer reasonable prices when it comes to servic dealers in the Valley, and none of them compare to Earnhardt when it comes to customer service. They offer reasonable prices when it comes to service and always seem to put the customer's needs ahead of their own. Won't go anywhere else! More
