The lease on my wife's CX-5 was coming due in a few months and the Covid-19 deals were looking pretty good so I decided to look into releasing a new M The lease on my wife's CX-5 was coming due in a few months and the Covid-19 deals were looking pretty good so I decided to look into releasing a new Mazda. I called Capistrano Mazda and was connected with Rick Katz. I explained my situation and he went to work dealing with the current lease company to double check all the available incentives. Once I gave him a few cars to price out from their inventory he was prompt in getting back to me via email on the detailed cost including all the current incentives. I made a quick trip to see Rick to decide on a final color combo, meet with AJ from the F&I department for a very easy discussion on options, gave a few signatures and I was on my way back home . Rick delivered the car a few days later to the house, got my wife's autograph and took the old CX-5 away. If it was this easy to buy a new car in trying times like now just imaging how easy Rick and the gang will make it when we are back to normal. More

My sales people, Rick and Forouz, were super nice and not pushy at all. They are always willing to go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. The dealer is also very nice. Bought another car from here two years ago and was equally happy with the experience. Only thing I don’t like about this place is the lack of parking sometimes, but that is mainly on the sales side of the dealer. Rick, Forouz, and our sales lady the first time we bought a Mazda here, Genesis (no longer working here), are truly the best sales people we have ever done business with. AJ in finance was also pretty good. We are ALWAYS suspicious when buying a car at a dealer, and we feel like we can trust this dealer, which is a nice change. Also, their CPO cars are noticeably in better condition than other Mazda dealers’ CPO cars around here imo. They probably have higher standards in the cars they choose. More
