Problem with A/C 2017 Pilot with 12,000 miles A/C quit blowing cold about a week before my appointment for state inspection. Problem was condensor leaked refigerant. Not Great My wife and I were in the market for a used mini van. We decided on Honda or Toyota like most of the free World. Honda was closer to our price point s My wife and I were in the market for a used mini van. We decided on Honda or Toyota like most of the free World. Honda was closer to our price point so enter Matt Burne Honda. Our salesman Rick had a nice personality and was very helpful initially. It started getting busy though and things started to unravel. It was a Saturday so it is understandable that things were busy but it also seemed disorganized. Rick got busy with what I could observe were non-serious customers and we were handed off to his manager Mike who was nice and offered us drinks and cookies. We went with a pre-cert Odyssey which was priced a little high but I get it you are paying for warranty with that really. The vehicle itself was fine but had some condition issues with marks in dash etc but dealer would not negotiate the price. I think they viewed us as "push overs" we should've walked but need a van. We were in no hurry but they insisted we take it home that day so put a rush on detailing the vehicle. It looked fine in front when we pulled out but when we got home we realized a headrest was missing and the back of the van was a mess. It was not vacuumed entirely, seat had chocolate stain on it, inside doors had smear marks, cereal in the seat pockets, lollipop half consumed in magazine holder, dirty cup holders and worst of all a used q-tip with earwax (technically medical waste). Fortunately my kids didn't find this stuff first. When I called to confront Rick about the issues he was defensive and made excuses which included "we were busy." I was offered a free oil change which I have yet to see but $ 25 oil change doesn't make it better. We drop $20,000 and we get treated like an afterthought not even thanks for your business. Had to drive back for headrest nobody gave me the time of day grabbed the headrest off his file cabinet. If this place can't have the respect to clean my car right I won't let them service it. Going elsewhere in the future. More
