He brought the car he thought we would be most pleased with for us to test drive. We agreed with his assessment. Then he helped us to arrange financing at the low rate being offered by Honda. Finally Rick personalized our new car to us via setting up my cell phone to the system and setting my most listened radio stations. He explained some new features like the automatic lights option and easy seat adjustments. Rick made purchasing our new Honda Civic pleasurable. More
