Great Dealership My wife and I spent the whole afternoon with our salesman looking at a variety of used SUV's. Rick encouraged us to test drive them all to see which one we liked best. So we did. We fell in love with the handling and feel of the Mercedes GLC 250 over BMW, Audi, and VW. It was lacking several must have features but we bought it anyway. We tend to keep our vehicles for many years and realized we had made a mistake. I wish Luther had this same car in an upgraded version but they didn't so we were able to return it after only two days. (Please don't do this to them)!!! This was not my first purchase from luther Auto nor will it be my last... Highly Recomended! More

disappointed We purchased a brand new vehicle with about 900 miles on it. We were shown the features; what the different icons mean; radio, phone, etc. set up, an We purchased a brand new vehicle with about 900 miles on it. We were shown the features; what the different icons mean; radio, phone, etc. set up, and other options from Rick. We really appreciated that, it was very helpful. While explaining the icons, 'ACC and front assist are not available' message was displayed, yet their icons were displayed. We are new owners and didn't know what any of that really meant. We were told the vehicle has those features as the icons were there and it was good to go. Along with that, the cruise control icon was orange. Again, we had no idea what that meant, and didn't really think anything of it. Off we went on our trip back to WI. We were traveling on the interstate and tried to use the cruise control. No luck! The cruise control does not work. Now, this is a brand new car, we were assured everything was gone over and it was ready to go. However, that must not of been the case as if the cruise would have been tested, it would have been found to be malfunctioning. When we got home, we looked at the owner's manual and an orange/amber indicator means the cruise control needs to be checked by an authorized dealer. So, we've had the vehicle two hours and we already are going to have to take it in for repair. How was the cruise control not checked? How could a brand new car be sold with a broken cruise control? How are we going to be assured that we didn't just buy a lemon? You can't image how disappointed we are. Along with no cruise, the message 'ACC and front assist are not available' is still being displayed! So, on day two we have to call our local dealership to see if they'll service the vehicle. On day three, we have to take the vehicle in for maintenance. Again, very disappointing! We wish we could rate you highly and say we are extremely happy with our purchase, but at this point, we can't... We worked with Gervona and she was very helpful and friendly. More

They made car buying better I did a fair amount of research prior to coming in and knew what my trade was worth as well as which vehicle I was interested in. Rick (my sales perso I did a fair amount of research prior to coming in and knew what my trade was worth as well as which vehicle I was interested in. Rick (my sales person) didn't talk over my head about mechanical things I have no knowledge of or interest in. There was no dodgy back and forth, no high-pressure tactics, and no sense that I was getting into a car which wasn't right for me. When I left, two hours had elapsed, my old car had been traded, and I owned a 2015 VW Golf. I will recommend Westside Volkswagon to everyone who asks. More
