They perform required services satisfactorily. I am disappointed with their desire to help solve problems without replacing parts. I needed a screw to retain a front panel & they couldn’t provid I am disappointed with their desire to help solve problems without replacing parts. I needed a screw to retain a front panel & they couldn’t provide one. Instead, they quoted a replacement panel for $1,200.00. Could Not Provide! I went across the street to the KIA dealer & they put a plastic plug in at no charge. I am entitled to a car wash & when I get one the windshield is always smeared like they wiped off the car & then the windows. More
