I was a little disappointed there was NO room for negotiation on the price. Being from New England, I found all the added costs ( dealer fee, registration fees) drove the price up considerably & unan negotiation on the price. I expected all the paperwork to be waiting for my signature upon arrival to take possession, NOT I spent several hours waiting. More

Excellent Service I just moved to the area and visited the Fort Myers Infinity dealership for service on my vehicle. I was truly impressed with the customer care and co I just moved to the area and visited the Fort Myers Infinity dealership for service on my vehicle. I was truly impressed with the customer care and communication I received from Mr. Rick Libby. He very promptly reached out to me with the assessment of the repairs needed. Mr. Libby reviewed and recognized I had a warranty which covered one of the more extensive repairs. This was never my experience at the previous Infinity dealership I frequented. Mr. Libby kept me informed on a daily basis of the status of the repairs and approximate date of completion. At pick up, Mr. Libby reviewed with me all the work listed on the invoice - also not something the other dealership ever took the time to do. I appreciated his efficiency and the ease of the process.
