and they promised to have my vehicle back to me that day. At 4:30 p.m. I called them (they never called me) to find out my vehicle needed to stay over

At 4:30 p.m. I called them (they never called me) to find out my vehicle needed to stay overnight because they didn't have break pads in stock. I find it hard to believe they didn't have brake pads in stock, it's kind of like not having oil in stock, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. The next day I waited until 3:00 before I called them to find out my vehicle is ready and they never bother to call me. Then I got the $1,300 bill for a routine service and brakes, seems really pricey to me.
