This was my daughters first car so I knew it would be difficult to get her approved but Luciano and everyone there did everything possible to get her approved, so they got her into a 2018 Chevy Sonic which she’s completely happy with. Couldn't have hoped for better. I went in in an unfavorable situation for myself and really didn't expect much of anything. There was honestly a good chance I was leaving there in an I went in in an unfavorable situation for myself and really didn't expect much of anything. There was honestly a good chance I was leaving there in an Uber. But Luciano went the extra mile and made it work for me. Throughout the process he was polite, friendly, personable, and showed compassion for my situation. At the end of the day I left with a car I'm very happy with, from an experience completely devoid of the typical stresses associated with buying a car, and with the utmost appreciation for the people I interacted with. The finance guy Rick was great too. You could tell he was trying to get me through it as quick and as painless as possible, and he succeeded. Everything went so smooth, including working around my schedule. I fully intend to go back when the time comes again, and would definitely recommend Sunrise to friends and family. No Hassel or Pressure I did set an appointment to go in and meet with Nick M. Sales to talk about a new Camaro.. Before I went it I did tell him what I wanted and he was ha I did set an appointment to go in and meet with Nick M. Sales to talk about a new Camaro.. Before I went it I did tell him what I wanted and he was happy to look at other dealerships to see if he could find it - I did see a car on line at another dealership and mentioned the savings there.. He did tell me about the discounts and they may not all apply for me.. Me of course wasn't sure so I did call the dealership and they did tell me that is all the savings and the out the door price when I went to the dealership Nick was right there were 2 things I didn't qualify for... I didn't feel comfortable at the dealership they were very pushy and didn't disclose information.. I walked out knowing I did have my appointment with Nick when I did go into see him I did tell him what I finally wanted after careful thought and looking and they did have one on their lot :) I ended up looking at it and working with Nick - I felt like he was on my side and trying to make me walk out happy.. I do now own a 2018 Camaro RS Redline Edition and I am very happy and will always recommend Sunrise Chevrolet to anyone looking for a car.. Especially after my experience.. I also worked with Rick M and Matt D and they were very helpful and knowledgeable too.. I was very happy with my over all experience. More
