Guaranteed Customer Satisfaction I recently had a negative buying experience at Haasz Automall. I used this venue to express my displeasure. Within twenty-four hours of my posting, I recently had a negative buying experience at Haasz Automall. I used this venue to express my displeasure. Within twenty-four hours of my posting, I received a telephone call from Andy Huzvar. Over the course of several conversations and emails, he provided me with all of the information I requested. The next telephone call I received was from Tyler Kline, General Manager who asked me what he needed to do to address my concerns. I shared with him my proposed resolution. Much to my surprise he suggested a resolution that I never thought was possible. He followed through on his proposed resolution surpassing my expectations. In a day where slogans such as "the customer is always right"; "the customer is number one"; and "guaranteed customer satisfaction" have become cliché, it is refreshing to find a business that truly embodies these philosophies. I was truly impressed by the prompt resolution to my concerns by Mr. Kline and his team that I dealt with on my return trip to the dealership. Those individuals are Rick McCoy and Mary Scott. Everyone has won me over as a loyal customer. I have recommended Haasz to my family, friends and coworkers. More

Rick McCoy made me a deal and I drove away in a 2014 Avenger Super friendly and easy to work with, my experience at Haasz Automall and specifically Rick McCoy were beyond great!!! Rick was very knowledgeable and understood my needs. This kind of customer service is not widespread and I'm delighted that I shopped at Haasz automall. Rick was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the car I purchased. Spoke with Brittany over the phone to schedule an appointment and was also very pleased that she was as knowledgeable abou about the car I purchased.
