Ron performed an oil change and did fine but I requested another issue to look into and instead of thoroughly investigating the possible causes he just assumed it was an electrical issue when it was a fuse. another issue to look into and instead of thoroughly investigating the possible causes he just assumed it was an electrical issue when it was a fuse. If I had followed his recommendation I would have been paying a lot more money either at Toyota or elsewhere. Very disappointed that there was no voltage testing or checked fuse. That is just plain laziness. A family member just tested it and replaced fused and it fixed the issue. More

I have always received Great service and very courteous staff from the porter in the beginning till the end with cashier. Toyota makes great cars and it is always nice to have confidence in the people work staff from the porter in the beginning till the end with cashier.
