Anytime I've dealt with anyone at this dealership from either a Sales or Service perspective, I've always been treated respectfully and honestly as to work that might be required. Immediately after buying our 2008 Saturn, the dealership closed. Upon hearing Executive Kia serviced Saturns, we started going there. I bought a 2011 Sorento from this dealer last year. The sales experience was excellent. No pressure, no BS. Staff was helpful and friendly. Back in for service today and that prompted this review.
