They are dishonest and the salesman I was working with made an inappropriate comment about my husband and I being able to afford a new car since we d They are dishonest and the salesman I was working with made an inappropriate comment about my husband and I being able to afford a new car since we did not have any kids. What?! He tried to clean it up and said "just kidding." He knew it was inappropriate. Later in the visit, he mixed me up with another customer and wasn't sure what I was looking for. Huh? After my experience I had 3 other people call me about the car. Isn't there a tracking process for customers? Furthermore, I was lied to about the length of time the car was on the lot. Two weeks is what I was told. It was on the lot for 3 months. To the GM- Don't worry, I am not trying to hide behind the computer. I tried to call and ask for "the GM". Instead, I was sent to the exact salesman I was trying to avoid. Do better. More
