Dirty vehicle I dealt with a sales person by the name of Rick; he was very professional and polite. However, during my test drive I notice minor spots and strain th I dealt with a sales person by the name of Rick; he was very professional and polite. However, during my test drive I notice minor spots and strain throughout the vehicle. I brought these issues to Rick’s attention, he assured me that they would be taken care of during cleaning of the vehicle. Well! they were not, I paid over 25k for a vehicle and had to come out of my pocket and pay $120.00 to have it clean! I found this treatment to be unacceptable!!!! More
