One of the better local car dealerships I have dealt with. We walked in at lunch and had a reasonable deal in an hour and drove home that afternoon with a new Jeep, making my wife very happy. I always suggest to do your homework online before entering any dealership, as emotion and that delicious new car smell can easily intoxicate you. Our salesperson Rick was very straightforward and cordial, and everything I would expect from an experienced car salesperson. Cortese also had great inventory to choose from for us. We leased our last Jeep two years ago from them, and I have no reason to go bother with anyone else, as long as they don't change. One paperwork mistake was handled and corrected in our favor by Samantha and the money person, so all is well. More

Their internet sales department was so prompt. I contacted them in the morning, they got back to me for a 10am appt and I had my new car by 4pm same day!! As an aside, they do a ton of follow-up which is nice, and they even texted me about an item that I left in my trade. More
