The service department tried to get me to have service done that was not needed. Twice! Brake rotors or pads don't gain millimeters. I had a few service items identified as needed done and or no record o done that was not needed. Twice! Brake rotors or pads don't gain millimeters. I had a few service items identified as needed done and or no record of it being done. They were not truthful. Im not stupid enough to just accept their word from the service dept. Its a heavy hitter for a huge dealership, meaning if its a slow day. .they seem to be able to find service items to complete. More
