Service assistant Rick Schoen was amazing as usual. 10/10. However, the young workers that are standing outside chatting instead of getting the cars washed leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I asked fo 10/10. However, the young workers that are standing outside chatting instead of getting the cars washed leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I asked for a car wash when I droppd my car off, when I paid my bill I noticed my keys were hung in the spot that says car wash, however the young workers that gets the cars and takes them through the car wash were chat chatting and eventually asked if I had been helped, as the guy reached for my keys from the area that says "car wash" he then asked me if I wanted a car wash. What? really, it was hanging in the car wash area of course I wanted a car wash but, at this point I had somewhere to be after 2 hours for an oil change. UGH! So disappointed with Brandin Honda Today! I don't usually have this issue but also, my car is usually washed when I gooutside to pick it up. More
