Rick did an amazing job, he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show us all of the features of our new vehicle. The problem was AFTER the sale. We had to wait FOREVER for the finance departmen and took the time to show us all of the features of our new vehicle. The problem was AFTER the sale. We had to wait FOREVER for the finance department to process our paperwork and we were not even financing the vehicle through the dealership. It took what could have been a couple hour process and turned it into a whole day thing. More

We purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle. The salesman Rick was very attentive to us served us well. However after the purchase, the vehicle was to be cleaned detailed and delivered to our ho The salesman Rick was very attentive to us served us well. However after the purchase, the vehicle was to be cleaned detailed and delivered to our home. Once the vehicle arrived we were highly dissatisfied with the vehicle. At first glance it looked OK. Closer inspection water spots from car washing. Upon looking inside in front it was so so acceptable. Looking in the rear seat there very visible some type of stains, as if someone had been drinking something. Looking in the rear hatch area wasn't acceptable. The Service Manager Ken was there and saw what I saw. He admitted this so call clean and detail of this vehicle was below satisfactory for this company. I used his phone to speak to Rick. I expressed my dissatisfaction. He said they would take it back and return it the next day. They brought it back the next day. It looked acceptable. I still saw something but I didn't mention it. One thing my wife expected was some type of air freshener to be in the vehicle. However we accepted the vehicle. The next day my wife pulled down the center armrest & cup holder and found trash in it. So you see my dissatisfaction with Elco cadillac. Who do the $buck stop with? After you have received the customer's $Bucks! I expected more from ELCO Cadillac.! More
