End of the road....a little bumby. Sales rep Rick Weinstein, was great to deal with, called him the night before my visit to make sure 2014 GMC Terrain, was still available, he called b Sales rep Rick Weinstein, was great to deal with, called him the night before my visit to make sure 2014 GMC Terrain, was still available, he called back promptly, arranged an 8am appt, and he was waiting for me when I got to the dealership. Extremely cordial, and professional, very personable guy, pleasure to work with. Freezing cold day, and he was outside doing all kinds of "above and beyond duties" we truly appreciated his efforts pre and post sale. He threw in a few extras (oil changes, and On Star) just really enjoyed my time with him. Road got a little bumby when he turned us over to the person who, actually had us sign the paper work,(we paid cash!!) finance person Brad Grellner. He tried to sell us after warranty service, and I understand that is part of his job. (I did something similar in the banking/finance business for over 25 years) so I get the effort must be made. Some things are state mandated. . When we told the man NO, he just would not quit, and I had to repeat myself several times, to get him to move on. Uncomfortable moment for me and my wife, and totally could have been avoided if he had listened and respected my first request to "move on, we are not interested in buying anything but the automobile" Past that little bump in the road, the vehicle price, the salesman's knowledge and very personal care would bring us back, and I would recommend Rick Weinstein highly to work with. More

I live in Iowa and heard about ELCO's' great reputation. Going the extra mile taking photos and sending them quickly to me was key. Delivery was quicker than a hiccup.
