This was the easiest and smoothest car buying experience my wife and I have ever experienced. Rick greeted us and from the very beginning, he made us feel special. A couple of days later I found our Hyundai Santa Fe on line and called him. I stopped by that day after work and asked if I could take the car home to show my wife and return it the next day. There was never a problem. He make the process quick and smooth. I returned the next day to purchase the Hyundai and everything was waiting. He gave me the "grand tour" of the dealership and made me feel right at home. The finance with Tom went quickly and smoothly and we got a great rate. Overall, I could not be happier with my experience and have already recommended Elco Chevrolet to friends at work. Great dealership, great selection of new and used cars of all makes and models, great car buying experience. I have been shopping at ELCO Chevy for over twenty years. Before Rick his father (King) was the go to guy. I have always been given the best customer service from Rick and his father. I always like to buy a car or truck for less then the asking price, and they have always worked with me to assure I got the best price. I have been living in Arkansas since 2005 but still come to Rick and Elco to look for vehicles. I have sent friends to Rick for vehicles as well and he has always made them happy. Look forward to shopping and visiting Rick when I am in town just to see what bargains he has to offer. It is always a pleasure to shop there unlike dealers I have found elsewhere in NY and AR. I try to avoid even looking on their lots due to the excessive sales pressure and never offering any discounts. More

My wife and I decided it was time to trade her car for a newer model with lower mileage. Rick Weinstein greeted us at the Elco dealership and promised us he would find what we were looking for (2010 or 2 newer model with lower mileage. Within two weeks he called to advise that he found our "custom ordered" GM certified Cadillac. We are very pleased with Rick's personal commitment to customer satisfaction, the "deal" and with Elco's service after the sale. He called me several weeks later and told me that he now had the car I was looking for and, he was right. It was exactly what I wanted. I bought the car at a fair price and I am happy with the results. I expect to trade in car # 1 in a year or so and will go back to Rick for car # 3. More
