We purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Hudson Chevrolet that had some mechanical issues that were missed during the inspection. After purchasing the vehicle, we immediately brought it to another shop for inspection and the problem was found and repaired there. The manager at Hudson Chevrolet, Tim, then reached out to us to make things right after hearing what happened. I wish we had been able to speak with him initially(he was out of the office the day we purchased), as he went above and beyond to make things right for us. They took the van back in to finish the repair(there was a lingering coolant odor from a leaking heater core). Tim communicated with us about their progress, and even drove the van himself to be sure that the repair was complete. Tim's commitment to customer service is why we would still recommend the dealership despite the trouble we had. If you have any questions or trouble, make sure you speak to Tim directly!
