I started my shopping process with a Hattiesburg dealership, but the salesman told me the truck I wanted didn’t exist and that I wouldn’t be happy with it. The Hattiesburg salesman tried to sell me dealership, but the salesman told me the truck I wanted didn’t exist and that I wouldn’t be happy with it. The Hattiesburg salesman tried to sell me a Laramie that cost way more than I was willing to spend. I asked him to try to locate something in my price range, but he never bothered to contact me again. I found a Ram 2500 that was exactly what I was looking for on Rainbow’s website and a family member put me in contact with Ricky Boone. Ricky contacted me and was extremely friendly and went out of his way to get me info on the truck. Ricky informed me that the truck was not on their lot, but was in transit. Ricky stayed in touch with me over the next week and called me as soon as the truck came in. I made the trip to McComb to look at the truck and Ricky had it cleaned and waiting for me. Ricky and the sales staff gave me what I consider to be a really fair deal on my trade and the purchase of the new truck. Ricky went out of his way to deliver the truck the next day after having it fully detailed. I was extremely impressed with Ricky’s willingness to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend giving Ricky a chance to find what you are looking for. More
