I am super upset with the car I came home with. It’s a used 2020 Palisade with 17000 miles and it looks like it’s been driven through a jungle. The forward collision warning ⚠️ comes on and says somethings blocking the sensor and that’s because it’s cracked. The inside is filthy with black oil substance. This car is expensive and my first new car in 9 years!! I expected so much more being referred here. This car is going back tomorrow. If this is made right and I can get a different NON accident car I might change my mind. I’m so upset!!! At this point I want my old van back. More

I came in super late. My appointment was at five and I was 2 hours late. They all welcomed me in with no problem!
