The tech was great for starters and very thorough. My service advisor Ricky was a different story. I had brought my truck in to have it looked at for a check engine. After 2 days (I was fine waiting) My service advisor Ricky was a different story. I had brought my truck in to have it looked at for a check engine. After 2 days (I was fine waiting) Ricky called me back at the end of the day. My truck needed a new injector on cylinder number 2. I got a quote for 9,500 dollars to replace all the injectors. My truck is maybe worth 18k on a good day. Why wouldn’t you write me a quote for just 1 injector? When I had dropped the truck off I had asked if they could check to see if there was an ECU update and if so if they could update it while it was there. Of course when I went to pick up the truck Ricky was not there to ask and no advisor could answer if the ECU had been looked at or not. I sent Ricky an email thinking that might be easier for him to respond on Monday when he got back Monday. I called Tuesday after not hearing from him and he told me that he wasn’t sure if the ECU had been looked at for the update but that he would call me back. I never got a phone call back to I’m going to get the service done else where. It’s disappointing that I needed guidance on what was needed to get my truck up and running but got the most expensive bill for 8 new injectors when only one really needed to be done to fix the issue. The lack of communication is disappointing along with poor level of service. The only good thing I got was a tech who diagnosed what was going on. More

Been a customer of this dealership since 2017. Parks Ford service department has always taken my concerns seriously and professionally. I would not patronize any other Ford dealer in my area.
