Our first time buying a Toyota and first visit to Toyota of McKinney. We met with Ricky Straight who was new to the dealership but you couldn’t tell, he was knowledgeable, respectful, kind and patient (not of McKinney. I will be sending my referrals his way and am confident they will be well taken care of. We don’t love buying cars or going to dealerships because of the pressure and what feels like salespeople that only want the commission. This was absolutely not the case and we had a very positive and enjoyable experience. We also chose this dealership because they have a great selection of vehicles that we didn’t find when looking online elsewhere. More
