While at the dealership, I drove 3 cars over the course of the afternoon, 2 cars solo, which I have found to be very rare in the car business. All in all, a very friendly, positive, and courteous experience. Riley also handled the paperwork, finance, and warranty purchase part of the sale, which I have never experienced in purchasing over 40 vehicles in my lifetime. Competitive pricing: gently used and lower sales tax. It’s crazy how much you save getting vehicle a year or two old...my “used” truck still had the new car smell. Inventory: I came in because of an internet add, but we ended up settling on something even better. Staff: these guys are great! 1. They knew more about Tacoma’s than my associate at Toyota (refreshing) 2. They were not pushy at all! I definitely took my time making a decision. After I told Riley, my sales associate, that I wanted to sleep on any decision before committing...he was reminding me “hey, you have time, go ahead and think about it” (also refreshing).
