I reached out to them via email with a few questions prior to traveling into town and they replied the same day with concise no nonsense answers. When my wife and I were able to get into Phoenix Riley had the three cars I was interested in ready to go for a test drive. He answered any questions we had and at no time did he attempt to aggressively pursue a sale which would have been off-putting. I would most definitely drive the 3 hours to Phoenix instead of the 1 hour to El Centro to work with these guys over the closest VW dealer because of my experience. More

We had been looking for a specific car on the Internet and found our car through Craigs List at LeSueur. My husband called the dealership and spoke to Riley. Riley told him the fair price over the phone and said he would be glad to meet with us about the car. We drove to Tempe from Tucson (1 1/2 hrs) and Riley was there waiting for us with the car in front of the dealership. We actually purchased this car with no haggling (we're not used to that), and a very pleasant experience with Riley. He made everything go so smoothly. We would recommend this dealership and Riley to anyone we know. We're enjoying our Sportage with only 11,000 miles very much! It handles wonderfully and rides smoothly!
