Rita Carrizo really needs some coaching on customer contact and professional services. I have been a customer of Pacifico Ford for 30 years and have never felt more disrespected and unappreciated than contact and professional services. I have been a customer of Pacifico Ford for 30 years and have never felt more disrespected and unappreciated than I do now. I have a 2022 Ford Lightning lariat that I was having towed in for service yesterday, and during the process, my vehicle was rear-ended. I was in Wisconsin at the time as a Class A CDL driver, while my vehicle was in Philadelphia. When service contacted me then informed me that there was damaged to my truck and I should have it evaluated by the body shop for an estimate and was transferred .I spoke with Rita, and the first thing she said to me was that there was nothing she could do for me until I signed an affidavit allowing them to do the work. I had not seen my truck yet, so I explained to her that before going through my insurance company, I would like an estimate. She then explained that I needed to call my tow truck company to have them tow it to the service center and then call her back, after which she proceeded to hang up on me. She then called me back this morning and asked what my plans were. My response was that if she had not hung up on me so quickly yesterday, we could have discussed that. Needless to say, the conversation continued to go downhill from there. Wow, and she is supposed to be a supervisor? I will be having my vehicle moved and will more than likely be looking for a new service home for my vehicle. Thanks a lot, Rita; I appreciate you. More

Angelo Jones is a phenomenal Salesman. I had the pleasure and honor of working with Angelo while buying my first brand new car. Angelo was patient, polite, and professional. He explained all of the options to me that the Ford Bronco had to offer. Additionally, Angelo suggested that I test drive the vehicle. Needless to say to say, I was sold from there. The Bronco we test drove was a red colored Big Bend with a moon roof. I informed Angelo that I wanted the same style vehicle but in the color Oxford White. Unfortunately, that vehicle and color combination was not available on the lot. Angelo quickly notified his manager Stanley Otto who arranged for the vehicle that I requested be shipped to Pacifico Ford in Philadelphia. The vehicle arrived the next day, Friday. I then came in the following day Saturday to purchase the vehicle.
