My vehicle would not start because something was wrong with a module I bought from Springfield Ford that your tech told me that I needed to do . In order for my vehicle to run. I paid $260.for a part that I didn’t even need. They kept my vehicle almost a month. I texted them because I became impatient because no response. I asked them if you can’t fix it after the part. I want to tow it somewhere else. I was told that, I had to pay $678. In order to get my car. I talked with a Thomas Suydam and he a sure me my vehicle would be repaired. I called several times and texted another week went back. Then I talked with Bill and he said come get the car before 5pm. I have pictures to prove that my vehicle was not the way I bought it to your shop. My windshield wiper nuts were off , the bottom of my vehicle that covered my the muffler was off in the back seat. My bumper where the rear camera is the bumper was pulled apart. Never was put back together. Plus the part I bought for the car it was placed back in the box and never been used. The recall for the rear camera was never repaired either.
