Carried plenty of contact via email, phone and text with the staff, not just the salesman before I arrived. Ritch was kind and absolutely not pushy, the loan guys were equally kind and knowledgeable. After purchase they detailed the interior and exterior of the vehicle one last time and filled up the tank for me. If I have to get a new car again sometime, I'll be coming here. More
