The reason I chose to sell the CDJR brand is because of the HEMI and Cummins engines and the RAM truck. These three products are the best in the industry, hands down. I'm convinced that the RAM truck combined with either engine provides you with the best truck for your money. And will provide you with more profits in your business when you use it for your business. Absolutely the most truck for your money. I have been selling cars at Hayes CDJR for a little over 2 years, since retiring from the insurance industry after 23 years. My wife and I have been married for 28 years and we have 3 great sons and 3 wonderful grandchildren. My passion is spreading the good news of Jesus Christ.

That place is such a rip off it isn’t funny. The alternator/generator went out on my 2020 RAM 1500 Limited. Also, had an LED that was not working in one of the headlight clusters. This was covered under warranty. There was also a soft recall on the real window leaking that was repaired. My rating of speed of service has nothing to do with the service that I received at Hayes. Rick was great in communicating what was going on with my vehicle. However, took over a month for Stellantis to provide the generator. After the part arrived, my vehicle was repaired the very next day. More

Bad dealership out for financial gain not customer service. Can’t even set up appointments for a mechanical issue. They want you to leave your vehicle for several days so they can make money on their service. Can’t even set up appointments for a mechanical issue. They want you to leave your vehicle for several days so they can make money on their loner cars. My jeep had a backorder part and if I didn’t call another dealership in Alabama my Jeep probably would be sitting there a month while they’re making money on their loner. I purchased my Jeep from here had nothing but problems in 6 months. I’ll never purchase a Jeep from this dealership ever again!!!! More

Excellent experience. Enrique is very knowledgeable of Jeeps. I told him what I was looking for in a Jeep Wrangler. And he over exceeded my expectations!
