The service department personnel, Shanna and River, that I interacted with were courteous and helpful. They told me that I could follow the progress of the maintenance on my vehicle via text messaging and i I interacted with were courteous and helpful. They told me that I could follow the progress of the maintenance on my vehicle via text messaging and it worked flawlessly. My vehicle was ready sooner than I actually expected as I elected to wait for it and that was a pleasant surprise as it allowed me to get to other tasks I had in town sooner. I paid exactly what I expected to pay for the service and they told me how much my next maintenance was likely to cost. I liked the principle of no surprises. Finally, on top of all that, they processed my payment themselves as the cashier was at lunch at the time I was ready to leave. I thought that I would be disappointed as the dealership had changed ownership after literally decades at this location but such was not the case. Please keep up the good work. More
