I bought my car from Karl Flammer Ford, and I would not think of taking it anyplace else for service. To date, I am very pleased with the service and would not change a thing! I highly recommend Karl Flammer Ford for their service department. I recently had my F150 serviced at the dealership and once again was very pleased with the service performed and rapid turn-around time. department. Rob Bender, the service advisor, is always professional, listens closely to the description of the problem and keeps me informed on the status of the repair and cost. My truck was ready when promissed and the repairs were done correctly. I will continue to go to Rob and Karl Flammer Ford for any future repairs, (however the F150 rarely needs it). KC More

I was recommended to karl Flammer Ford by Rob Bender , who is a parent of one of my previous students at school. I first went to Karl Flammer Ford 2 years ago to purchase a F-150> with Robs help and the F who is a parent of one of my previous students at school. I first went to Karl Flammer Ford 2 years ago to purchase a F-150> with Robs help and the Flammer Ford team I was able to get into that F-150. It was beautiful.This past year I was foolish enough to trade out of my beautiful truck for a little sports car. Was a big mistake . I lived with it for 9 months and recalled Rob Bender who once again hooked me up with the Flammer team and happy to say I was able to get back into an F- 150 with lots of Flammer team help. I will never trade out of my Ford again unless it is for a new Ford . Without the Flammer Team working real hard for me I would have never been able to get this done.I am very greatful For the Karl Flammer Family. Thank you all. Ken Dempsey More

We purchased a new Flex in 2009, it was a Demo & the windows were tinted. This week we were pulled over by a Pinellas County Sheriff's deputy who measured the amount of light penetrating our film. We we windows were tinted. This week we were pulled over by a Pinellas County Sheriff's deputy who measured the amount of light penetrating our film. We were told this dark film was illegal, yet the dealership sold the car to us this way. One would expect the dealership to know the auto laws & abide by them. We contacted the dealership and they were "shocked" that they would have installed illegal film on the Flex. Ultimately,they did the right thing and are in the process removing the illegal film & installing legal film., at no cost to us. We are very happy with our Flex. Very luxurious ride & lots of room. Also, Bobby Bender in the service department has always been the ultimate professional in dealing with us for our regular service work, prompt call backs & follow ups. The only person we did not get a return call from was Jim Flammer (General Manager)& we left 2 messages. More
