Had truck towed in for service bought new truck! A spark plug broke deep inside the head of the engine of my truck. On the recommendation of a friend I went to Flammer Ford. Rob Bender called and told me it was repaired and due to his courteous demeanor I authorized additional work. I went to look at new trucks with no intention to purchase now and met Scott Gnong. Over the next couple of days I searched the internet for trucks and spoke to several salesmen. I returned to Scott and told him what I found. Instead of being pushy he simply gave me options. Jeff Swift was very friendly and gave me additional technical advice that led me to an F150 FX4. After purchasing over a dozen vehicles over the years, I had given up on anything but a grueling car buying experience. This purchase was actually enjoyable due to Scott guiding us and asking others on the staff to help us out. I recommend not only Scott but also Flammer Ford as a dealer that will help you buy a vehicle instead of just selling you one! More

I have to say though, today service was even more so extraordinary, along with getting an oil change, replacing air in the tires with Nitro and installing a front license plate done by Julio Rodriguez, who did an exceptional job, Thank YOU Julio, I also had my vehicle detailed by Pat. The quality of the detail was totally Awesome, looked like a new car both inside and out. But what was even more Awesome is when I got in my car to leave, I noticed 2 5$ in the cup holder. A feeling of great gratitude came over me, like WOW, how amazing, this doesn't happen too many times. It was very heartwarming!! I looked for Rob, but he wasn't in his office, so I headed back home and called him. I asked who was the person who found the money and he told me "Pat was and he called me to tell me he found it and I asked him to just place it in the cup holder". I expressed my extreme surprise and deep appreciation and ask for him to please pass it forward to Pat. Thank YOU Pat for your true honesty, integrity, professionalism and superb workmanship!! We have been a customer of Karl Flammer Ford since 2002, and have had all our service work done on our 2002 Thunderbird and our 2013 Edge. As always every body there have been friendly, courteious and genuinely appreciative of our patronage. I always go into the show room to talk to may salesman Doug Gerhart at each visit. I did so this time, and also requested to speak to Mehgan Flammer which I did. She not only came out of her office to meet me, but spent probably 10 minutes chatting with me on a variety of issues, as well as the dealership and Ford cars in general. We really like dealing with Flammer, as it is a smaller dealership, so the feeling of being not only a customer, but part of the gang is awlays prevelant. By far, Karl Flammer Ford team is by far past 30 years. I have had relationships with dealerships up and down the east coast, PA, MD,SC and Florida. By far, Karl Flammer Ford team is by far the best to deal with and the best in pricing from buying the new car to and to have that auto serviced correctly. Doug Gerhardt is the only person I will buy a car from and Rob Benders service team is the only techs that will touch my fords. I even ask Rob for advice on vehicles when I buy. Service at Karl Flammer Ford is excellent and working with Rob Bender in the service department is always a pleasure. Having professional sales people such as Tom Saffero on their staff to assists with your buying decision is a real added bonus. Their finance department is invaluable when it comes time to select a finance plan that is best suited to your budgetary needs. Follow up after the sale as well as after each service visit is excellent. Over the past twelve years I have purchased three vehicles from Karl Flammer Ford. In each case I was always treated professionally and with respect. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime however, the most pleasurable transactions were with Karl Flammer Ford. The sales experience is always a pleasure but the service is what keeps me coming back. Oh, yes there really is a Karl Flammer.
