My car had a spindle nut that needed tightened up by a technician. Car has only 38,000 miles on it. Even thought I have 5/60 warranty, it was denied to the tune of $305. Rediculous!!😳 technician. The Karl Flammer service team overall has been quite good with my needs. I find the online scheduler to be quite intuitive and I am thoroughly pleased with the service managers' level of care, empathy and with my needs. I have worked with four of them now (No worries, the car doesn'thavea plethora of issues. Just little requests I've wanted an oil changeand a recall), and EACH of them has been outstanding.
