After multiple phone calls and email with no response. I called the switch board and just asked her to get me my car back. After she was able to speak with my advisor I was told they would have my car delivered to me today. So after all that my advisor was I have left several messages for spoke with her but not ME. Never again will I buy or take a car there for anything. After having my car for 10 day they didn’t even fix the little stuff. Like clipping my front seat cover by the way they have done multiple times with no success and finding a hook for one of the passengers window shades. More

Buying a car here is ok but servicing your car after is terrible. They seem to have invested in EV support but really have no clue on how to execute.
