It Had bothered me since new, when I purchased the vehicle from them, Stopped by to have my alignment checked on my 2017 highlander with 16000 miles. It Had bothered me since new, when I purchased the vehicle from them, but they had to trust me it was not because of bad driving, etc, long story short, they did cover it under warranty and solved the issue!
