Great experience I went to the dealership to buy a couple lug nuts for my car. I also was going to look at some vehicles to see what type I thought I would like. As a woman, I am often overlooked or ignored at mechanic shops or dealerships, so it was wonderful to be actively included in the conversation at St. Cloud Toyota. The staff works well together, and when the the dealership was busy on the day we decided to test drive and purchase a vehicle, our original salesperson made sure that we had another great sales staff to work with us. Financing was easy and fairly quick. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Great Place We purchased the car over the internet from Ethan, he was great to work with. He passed us off to Rob when we got to the dealership, everything was exactly like Ethan said it would be. We drove 8 hours to pick up the Sequoia we had only seen in pictures, there were no surprises. We appreciated everyones part in making it a good experience. Everyone we dealt with were knowledgeable and very helpful. When we went to leave the vehicle wouldn't start. Before we knew it they had it in the shop putting in a new battery. Not sure why it wouldn't start but they didn't want to chance us driving home without the peace of mind that it wouldn't happen again. We will definitely give them a call in 3 years when we're ready to trade again. The only thing I would do differently is I would make sure the car was detailed before the customer arrived. We were anxious to get back on the road for our 8 hour drive home and it took about 4 hours to get everything done. It was a cash deal so we thought we were writing the checking and headed out, planning on only spending about 1 hour at the dealership. That being said, we met almost everyone that was working that day! And I think we even talked to the owner on a Saturday non the less!! Thanks everyone More
