Robert Carlson I had a flat tire one evening and drove to the dealership very early to following morning to get it fixed. I was given a loaner car, without any issue I had a flat tire one evening and drove to the dealership very early to following morning to get it fixed. I was given a loaner car, without any issues, and was on my way to work quickly. Robert is very pleasant to work with and kept me abreast of the progress of my car. Excellent job! More

NEVER SATISFIED While the service consultant is always a pleasure, the issues with the trucks are never completely addressed! The service dept takes shortcuts with the required services; not filling fluids, windshield wipers, etc. I pay an outrageous amount of money for the service, the car is never ready before a week and even then the issues have not been addressed. Also have worked with Tom Walton in sales for over 9 years. He is an excellent person and very helpful with our purchases. We leased a vericle from Rallye Lexus and I would never go back there.
