Rallye Mercedes number 1 I have been working with rob Carlson for a number of years and he is wonderful. Rallye service center is one of the best I have ever dealt with. NEVER SATISFIED While the service consultant is always a pleasure, the issues with the trucks are never completely addressed! The service dept takes shortcuts with the required services; not filling fluids, windshield wipers, etc. I pay an outrageous amount of money for the service, the car is never ready before a week and even then the issues have not been addressed.
