My problem was with Bluetooth audio which did not work. It evidently took 2 hours of system upgrades to correct the issue. The following day I had a hiccup however I was able to correct myself. I was impressed that the work on my car was done by an Assabet Valley vocational student ( mentored by a regular mechanic)r. The cost of $165 to walk through the door is the reason I don't have my Edge serviced on a regular basis by a dealership however I was very satisfied by courteous service I received when I really needed it. More

When I received the vehicle back, it had a few "warning icons" on the dashboard that was not previously there and they could not tell me how to fix and remove? I also expected all my fluids to be topped o icons" on the dashboard that was not previously there and they could not tell me how to fix and remove? I also expected all my fluids to be topped off with my Oil Change and I got my vehicle back with empty windshield fluid? I expected better service from a dealership. More
