Bob Chandler does an outstanding job in the Service Department. My new Explorer came equipped with faulty struts. I originally thought that’s how new vehicle came that way. This was my first time using colonial Ford for service and Jennifer made it so easy. My car was towed there so I didn't have an appointment but Jennifer couldn't have been nice and more accomodations. She and Jennifer made it so easy.
