Above and beyond My girlfriend and I decided to upgrade her 2013 Elantra to a 2017... We had gone to the Hyundai dealer in cools springs first because that's where the My girlfriend and I decided to upgrade her 2013 Elantra to a 2017... We had gone to the Hyundai dealer in cools springs first because that's where they had the car she wanted. They were horrible to us plain rude. We had just come off of work so we weren't dressed great and we are young so they figured it was a waste of time because they wouldn't make any money.. Long story short they ended up giving us the run around and just let us leave with nothing after hours spent waiting in their shop. The next day my girlfriends sister recommended us to wilson county Hyundai I was very skeptical because I didn't want to go through the same expierence again but Rob Crockett was an angel!! He was with us every step of the way, kept us in know and even helped us out with my super active nephew!! He was a very patient man and got us into the car I wanted!!! Great service Rob lead me to the right car I was looking for and didn't push me into something I did not want or couldn't afford. Had actually took time to have a discussion with me and got to know me as a person instead of talking about the car the whole time I was there, It made me feel welcomed and that I wasn't being pushed. Absolutely recommend Rob on his salesmanship and professionalism but also a very good guy to just talk to. More

Great experience with Rob Crockett and Wilson Co Hyundai Very impressed with Rob Crockett. He was straight forward and did not pressured me in any way.
