The car was ready and clean when I arrived (early); paperwork was pre-filled so, once small details were filled in, it was easy to proceed to the finish line. The figures I was told over the phone matched what was on the final agreement. There was no pressure for add-ons, though a warranty was made available to me. Full transparency, without surprises. The vehicle was exactly as advertised, matched the photos, and I was able to spend an hour with it - stationary and driving - to self-inspect.
