I was raised in Tempe and have lived in Chandler for most of the past seventeen years with my wife Diane and our two wonderful children, Austin and Shea. When not working we enjoy traveling and a wide range of the kids sporting and other events. I have been in the automotive business for more than twenty years, and am very thankful for the great team that I get to be a part of here at Subaru Superstore of Chandler.

Genuine, Integrity, Friendly, and no Pressure. Buying a new or used car can be stressful but the time had come. I did my research and found that the Subaru was at the top of its class. I prepped myself to fight the pack of hungry wolves and drove into Subaru Superstore. Darby approached us with a big smile. I figured it was painted on. I soon learned that Darby's smile was genuine. He was very courteous and answered all our questions with no pressure at all. I supervise and evaluate employees all over the world. Darby is the real deal. As I went through the process I found that the whole team was very good. When a slight misunderstanding accrued during the paperwork, Rob, the sales manager was quick to honor my understanding of the deal. That is integrity. Thank you Subaru Superstore for being everything I didn't expect! More

From the start both Rob Daily and Jack Callaghan were friendly, funny, and super accommodating. We worked within my budget and I am confident that my new (used) Hyundai will give me many years of reliable driving. Jack was kind and polite to my whole family ... he literally met my mother, father, and brother the week we were firming up the sale and even offered to come in on his day off to personally put the keys in my hand once everything was settled. I really can't say enough good things about these guys and my overall experience. More

Last week, Subaru offered to either buy back the car, or trade for a different model. I opted for a 2016 Forester. Throughout the ordeal, the help of Mr. Gil Watters was always there. He was attentive to the problems as I described them, and took every step to see that the problem was solved. He is a true diplomat for the Subaru Superstore. When I describe to friends and family the steps taken by Subaru, I am met with disbelief. Gil Watters led the effort that now has me driving a Forester. As a result, Subaru now has a life-long customer. The help given me by Gil Watters was matched by everyone with whom I dealt at the Superstore - Ryan Applebury, Rob Adkins, Bill Daily. A trying experience turned into a good one, one for which I am most appreciative. More

Leading A New Subaru WRX Car shopping can be very stressful and annoying when you don't plan on it as I did not intend to total my car. This was the BEST customer service I've Car shopping can be very stressful and annoying when you don't plan on it as I did not intend to total my car. This was the BEST customer service I've ever had. No lie. Having said that, I've always like Subaru and when I came into the Subaru Superstore of Chandler I was instantly greeted with a smile and offered cold refreshments while a sales representative was called. I barely had time to take a sip of water before Sales Representative Seton Faircloth was quick to greet me and introduce himself and ask my reason for the visit. After explaining I was interested in taking a WRX for a test drive Seton scheduled a drive and shared that he was a WRX driver himself and I was in good hands. The only three Subaru WRX cars were fresh off the truck and needed inspection before they could go for a test drive. Rather than leave because I couldn't test drive, Seton took the time and went over every detail of the new WRX.... Every single detail top to bottom. I'm pretty sure he knows more about the car than the people who built the WRX. I visited several other car dealerships while I waited for the WRX to be inspected and to test drive and every sales rep sucked in comparison. I could have went to another Subaru dealer but being in a service industry myself, I knew I wouldn't get this kind of service anywhere else. During and after the test drive, I knew I had to get a WRX. Seton worked with his awesome finance team to get the numbers were I felt comfortable and met all my needs and making changes even up to the very end. Instead of shutting up shop on a Saturday, Rob Daily took my call to anwser all my questions, and they stayed late to locate the only WRX Premium in AZ. Without asking, Seton personally drove 2.5hr to and back to trade a wrx for the one I wanted. I have never experienced this kind of customer service in my entire life. While waiting for the documents to be processed, Seton introduced me to Barbra who would be helping me with my car in the future who seems very nice and I'm excited to book my windows . The finance team and final document specialist Pierre Evans added even more value to your shop by making what can be a boring and dry process into a more personal and educational process. With state of the art technology and efficiency, Pierre explained every document and answered all my questions in detail and a way for me to understand.This effort and dedication to drive the extra 180miles, work extra hours, and answer all my question has made what started as an annoying obligation of buying a car into an awesome experience. I cannot thank this team enough for everything and I will bring my business and other here first. Thanks again for everything! More

Super star experience! I'll keep this short, but do want to highlight a couple of people at the Subaru Superstore of Chandler for making a daunting task pleasant. First, I'll keep this short, but do want to highlight a couple of people at the Subaru Superstore of Chandler for making a daunting task pleasant. First, car dealerships give us all the same feeling in our gut and the idea of engaging with a car salesman... probably makes you wonder what other forms of self-torture you would prefer to endure instead. Our experience at SS of Chandler plain and simple have changed how we look at car shopping/buying. Our "internet salesman" was a young but well spoken PROFESSIONAL. We had as much knowledge about the vehicle we planned on buying that the Internet offered to us... Including the infamous "internet price" that you never seem to get. He not only explained every feature that we cared about in a way that seemed almost custom tailored, but also explained some other details of the model that we had not even considered. Amazing and the type of service I would really only expect out of a luxury level purchase. Two words to describe Him; Knowledgable and friendly. The boss that gives you too little for your trade and could care less about your budget was an unexpected breath of fresh air, also. Now, normally I only deal with a salesman and then finally the loan department. This time, the manager (Rob) was involved throughout the visit. I was thanked initially for my visit, then again upon returning back to the dealership from the road test to see how we both liked it and then again before we drove off in our new car. It made the whole process like dealing with friends, not sales people. The finance manager (tattoo'd guy) was very patient particularly with my wife during our final signing of the paperwork (on an electronic pad.. Super cool) Normally, I know that we will be signing paperwork for an hour due to my wife being thorough and reading every line of type... He answered all of our questions so clearly and confidently that it eased so many of the nerves you expose when spending tens of thousands of dollars! Normally I am good with the warranty a car already comes with but when I had someone take the time to really explain the value of Subaru's enhanced warranties... It made all the sense in the world. I get it now. Thank you Subaru Superstore, Rob and staff (I feel so bad that I can't recall the other names). We look forward to our first service and also the survey from JD power or the manufacturer to relay the satisfaction we both feel by having dealt with such a friendly and knowledgeable staff! We will be back! (hopefully to buy a Porsche from your building next door!) yeah, like that will ever happen!! One can dream! More

The entire buying process at this dealership was straight forward, easy, friendly, and quick. They didn't play any of the usual sales games when purchasing the car and we were able to agree on a deal within 10-15 minutes. Our salesman, Fred, was wonderful. Very friendly. He checked in with us throughout the process even when his part was done and made sure he saw us again before we left. Ginger was great when we went through all the extra options available and helped us find a customized solution that only included what we wanted. Mike is always great to work with and answered all questions we had before our purchase. I normally hate the process to buy a car but this experience was by far the best one I've had. More

It was a dark and stormy night! Well, maybe not. But this is a true story. We purchased a 2015 Outback approximately one year ago. In early December we began having issues with "c Well, maybe not. But this is a true story. We purchased a 2015 Outback approximately one year ago. In early December we began having issues with "check engine" lights on the dash. Over the next six weeks my very capable and understanding service advisor probably took a deep breath every time she saw me come through the door. I eventually became very friendly with the service manager. When it got to the point where I was chatting with Subaru engineers I knew I had a serious issue. These dedicated professionals repeatedly tried to resolve the issue with progressively more complicated fixes. When replacing the cars computer failed to fix the problem they decided a complete new wiring harness was in order. At this point I went looking for my sales representative. We wanted a different car. To his surprise and ours, dealership management and the folks from Subaru were already working in this direction. Within two days we were driving home in our new 2016 Outback. The folks from Subaru and the dealership did the right thing, stepped up to the plate and made loyal believing customers out of these first-time Subaru buyers. Being upright on the planet for nearly seven decades I have had more than my share of interaction with dealerships. Given the usual rap on big companies and big dealerships it was overwhelming to discover that some folks really do care about their product, their service and customer satisfaction. In the final analysis, it was an awesome experience. Special thanks to Dulci, Gil, Matt and Rob.
