Working with Rob Edmonds took an experience I very much dreaded and made for a really fun Saturday afternoon! After a period of moving from an MB product - horrible lack of judgement on my part - I was hopeful to return to not only the Mercedes brand, but to MB/Hagerstown, in particular, because of the impeccable service to which I was accustomed. I’m fortunate, and proud, to have the new automobile I purchased from Rob. There was no pressure, no flowery or false sales attitude during our meeting. Tony Mills was equally nice and respectful as he processed our sales paperwork working past the Saturday time for closing shop. Even my test drive was interesting when we became a “Good Samaritan” stopping to assist a woman - my husband giving her a push off the street - in her stalled Cadillac! More
