I've bought a lot of cars over the years, and this was truly the easiest and best purchase experience I have ever encountered. This is also the first time I've bought a car in another state many hours away sight unseen. The car (a used MB) was exactly as described by the dealer when I arrived from Boston to take delivery. Rob was excellent to work with - low key, straightforward, and transparent. He also provided excellent support and quick follow up throughout the process. It was a great experience with Rob and Hagerstown MB -- so much so that even though I'm hours away, I would definitely work with them again based on the trust they built with me.
