He listened to my concerns and—displaying excellent professionalism—ensured the repairs were completely covered at no cost, given how recently I had bought the car.The service department addressed the problem immediately. Even better, while my vehicle was being worked on, Shawn personally coordinated with the rental department to provide me with a loaner car to drive.I am incredibly pleased with the entire sales and service team at Baker Nissan. Recommend getting a Nissan CPO else where. Finance manager is not honest about the certification fee. If you have to pay a certification fee, then the price of the car should be priced as a no Finance manager is not honest about the certification fee. If you have to pay a certification fee, then the price of the car should be priced as a non Nissan dealer’s price. Pricing a vehicle at a higher rate because it’s CPO and then charging the certification fee is double dipping. He will lie about it, but the truth is I bought a Nissan CPO a month ago before coming here to buy another. The argument of having to charge something to validate a contract is fine, but the other dealerships will even it out somehow so the certification fee is non existent. More
