Mr. Rob Fox is the best 1st salesperson!!! It truly was a great experience. He was very polite and friendly. He explained everything patiently to me via writing the note because my wife and I are deaf!! I di great experience. He was very polite and friendly. He explained everything patiently to me via writing the note because my wife and I are deaf!! I didn’t feel any pressure sales tactics as I have experienced at other dealerships. Mr. Fox was very accommodating toward a order for building a vehicle of my request at Toyota website. As well as provided clear recommendations and no hidden cost.
