Rob Fox, my new go-to salesman is a no-nonsense, straightforward person who doesn't play the back and forth game that makes me (and so many other car buyers) cringe. New rav4 I came in today 7-10-18 as my lease on my Toyota was up. I dealt with Rob Fox and my experience was relatively quick and I drove off with my new beau I came in today 7-10-18 as my lease on my Toyota was up. Communication and accommodation without hassle and pressure I dealt with Rob Fox who is a highly capable and intuitive Sales Rep. I requested quotes for a new Corolla but soon became busy dealing with unexpecte I dealt with Rob Fox who is a highly capable and intuitive Sales Rep. I requested quotes for a new Corolla but soon became busy dealing with unexpected (unrelated) issues and Rob kept up the communication without pressuring me, even though I was the one who initially reached out. Rob also lined up alternatives to my initial queries (for vehicles and loan structures) that turned out to be extremely helpful. This is my fourth vehicle from Sloane and the experience has always been smooth and professional, and Rob certainly exceeded Sloane's high standards for customer service. More

Great experience I went into the dealership not knowing what to expect but with somewhat of a set price in mind. I met with Rob Fox and he was very straightforward and I went into the dealership not knowing what to expect but with somewhat of a set price in mind. I met with Rob Fox and he was very straightforward and upfront and went over every detail with me. I test drove a 2018 Highlander and fell in love. Rob not only got me a better deal than I had expected but also got me out of there in about 2 hours. He made sure I knew the ins and outs of the car and even helped me empty my old car out. I highly recommend him and Sloane Toyota for your car purchase. In fact I will be sending my mom in for a car in a few weeks. More
